WHO WE ARE

We are a temporary team created to implement a project to create a new operating system to manage the economy on a global scale. All information about the project you can find on our website https://noosphereum.org.

1.1.5. “NooSphereum.org User (hereinafter referred to as “User”)” means a person who has access to the Site through the Internet and uses the NooSphereum.org Site.

2.1 Use of the Site by the User means acceptance of the present Privacy Policy and terms of processing of personal data of the User.

3.1 This Privacy Policy sets forth the obligations of the Administration of Noosphereum.org website on non-disclosure and privacy protection of personal data provided by the User at the request of the Administration when registering on the Site or when placing an order.

5.6 The Administration of the Website, together with the User shall take all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of personal data of the User.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1 The User is obliged:
6.1.1 Provide information about personal data necessary for using the Site.
6.1.2 Update, and supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in this information.
6.2 The Administration of the Site is obliged:
6.2.1 Use the received information only for the purposes specified in paragraph 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2 Ensure the confidentiality of confidential information, not to disclose without prior written permission of the User, as well as not to carry out the sale, exchange, publication, or disclosure of other possible ways of personal data of the User, except for the paragraph 4 of this Privacy Policy. 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3 Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User’s data by the procedure usually used for the protection of such information in the existing business turnover.
6.2.4 Not to use personal data related to the respective User from the moment of application or request of the User or his legal representative or authorized body for protection of rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of detection of unreliable personal data or illegal actions.

7. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES

7.1. The Administration of the site, which has not fulfilled its obligations, is responsible for the losses incurred by the User in connection with the illegal use of personal data, under the laws of the country where the project was developing at the time of the loss, except for the cases provided by the paragraph. 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. in case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Administration of the Website shall not be liable if this confidential information is lost or disclosed:
7.2.1. The information became public before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2 Was received from a third party before the Administration of the Site acquired it.
7.2.3. Has been disclosed with the consent of the User.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1 Before filing a lawsuit in court for disputes arising out of the relationship between the User of Noosphereum.org and the Administration of the website, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary dispute resolution).
8.2 .the recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the claim review within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
8.3 In the event of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute will be referred to a judicial authority by the current legislation of the country where the project is based.

9.1 The Administration of the Site has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.
9.2 The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment of its placement on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the latest edition of the Privacy Policy.

Comments
